Return Period
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Eligibility
Prior contact is required before returning any items. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: contact customer service for address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. However, customers can return an item and use the store credit to purchase an alternative product.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or customization. Please contact our customer service team for clarification on specific items.
Process for Returns
